David Brower, CFP®

David is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer with primary responsibilities for creating and managing portfolios matched to the unique needs of the client. He has twenty years of experience overseeing investments for individuals, families, non-profit organizations, endowments, and foundations and serves as chair of Thrive Wealth Advisor’s investment advisory committee. He leads the firm’s investment research efforts to identify investments for inclusion in its portfolios.

David is a retired United States naval officer who served twenty years active duty. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a Master of Science (Management) degree from the Naval Postgraduate School. David has been awarded the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner designation by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Prior to co-founding Thrive Wealth Advisors (formerly Krekeler Brower Wealth Advisors) with Adron Krekeler in 2007, David was a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley for eight years.

David is involved with several professional and community organizations. He and his wife Jennifer have been married since 1993 and have three children.
